Danielle's interest in alternative therapies began as a teenager when she experienced long term pain in her neck and shoulders. Having been advised to have some massage therapy, she found after a number of treatments the symptoms completely disappeared. This was the beginning of her interest in alternative therapies to support a greater sense of wellness.
In 2007 Danielle graduated from the Galway Technical Institute with Diplomas in Holistic Massage and Reflexology accredited by ITEC. In 2012 Danielle decided to pursue her interest further in complementary therapies  and studied Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Acupuncture Foundation in Dublin for three years.  She completed her Licentiate in Nanjing, China.
Danielle is a member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association (AFPA) and the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA). Treatments are recognised by major insurance providers.
She continues to update her skills on an ongoing basis and has most recently attended the following workshops:
  • Basic First Aid Training accredited by the Irish Ambulance Training Institute
  • AFPA Conference on Psycho-Emotional Pain and the Eight Extraordinary Vessels by Dr. Yvonne Farrell
  • Currently studying Neuromusclar Physical Therapy  at the National Training Centre Dublin (October 2017 - December 2018)
